Is the medication cost included in the membership cost?
No. The membership cost covers the visits and care you need to get prescribed and stay on the GLP-1 medication. Medication costs are billed separately by your pharmacy, based on your drug and dose.
What if my clinician determines GLP-1s aren’t right for me?
If your clinician determines GLP-1s aren’t a fit, you may qualify for a refund. Please refer to our Payment Terms & Conditions for more information.
Why does the medication price vary by dose?
Higher doses use more of the active medication, so the manufacturer’s price increases as dose increases. Most people start at the lowest dose and move up as their provider adjusts treatment.
What does '45-day refill' mean?
This is a refill window determined by the drug manufacturer. Some medications must be refilled within 45 days of your last order to keep the best available pricing.
Can I use insurance for my medication?
It depends on your plan. Before you start, our team of insurance advocates will help you understand your benefits and explore potential coverage options. If your medication isn't covered, self-pay pricing is available.
