Won't switching be disruptive to my current employees in treatment?

Most vendors will force employees to switch clinics - disrupting their cycles and adding stress to the process, but with Maven employees can continue treatment at their clinic after launch - even if it’s out of network to Maven -  and still receive coverage. 

We know that implementing a new benefit can seem daunting but we want to assure you that we make the entire process extremely seamless for both you and your employees.

We guide you every step of the way using our proven process. And we provide your employees with the clarity they deserve on how their new benefit will work. 

How do I know Maven will actually save us money?

Maven has built a claims projection model in partnership with actuaries, using a data set of 80K lives to ensure we are giving you a reliable budget from the beginning. 

Savings are calculated based on two categories and independently reviewed and validated by Milliman; 

Clinical savings, which looks at cost savings from improved health outcomes during fertility treatments, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.

Business savings, which looks at cost savings based on improved outcomes at work, including productivity, retention, and employees returning to work after parental leave.

The contract with our current vendor is not up for renewal; does this mean we can't work together?

Maven has several clients who have migrated to Maven mid-contract; we are happy to discuss some options on how this can be achieved.

Aren’t there compliance considerations?

Maven provides ongoing guidance & best practices to address group health plan compliance, including ERISA requirements.

We have experience supporting many large clients with the transition of their benefit to Maven as a group health plan.
 
Specifically, we will provide you with the templates you need to support Maven’s group health plan classification including Plan Document, SPD, and SBC.

How long does a migration take?

We can accommodate  our client's timelines which typically range from 16 - 20 weeks.
