This includes unlimited video appointments and messaging with 600+ providers, trustworthy articles and classes, and a dedicated Care Advocate. Employees and their spouses/domestic partners enrolled in a Pinterest Blue Shield PPO, EPO, or HDHP health plan have access to a 2 Maven Cycle lifetime benefit for eligible fertility treatment and preservation expenses. All benefits eligible employees and their spouses/domestic partners may also access to adoption, surrogacy and donor tissue reimbursement coverage.

How do I sign up for Maven Wallet?
After activating your free membership, members eligible for Maven Wallet will be able to access Maven Wallet within the Maven platform. In the Maven app, click the "Me" tab and select "My Maven Wallet". Here you can read more about eligible expenses, the reimbursement process, and FAQs. To start using Maven Wallet, click on the “Apply for Maven Wallet” button to submit your application. It takes up to 1 business day to be approved, and once you are, you’re ready to start using Maven Wallet.
How much does Maven cost, and how does it work with my health insurance?
You don’t need to worry about insurance coverage or out-of-pocket costs for Maven. Pinterest fully covers your enrollment in Maven, so you and your partner can use it for free.

Partners can sign up with their own account and benefit from the same provider appointments, articles, videos, and virtual classes. Those enrolled in Fertility programs also receive content that’s specific to the partner experience.
