How much does Maven cost, and how does it work with my health insurance?
Maven is free for members who have access through their employer or health plan. Membership includes a dedicated Care Advocate, unlimited virtual appointments and access to content and virtual classes. Don't have access to Maven through your employer or health plan? No problem. You can still book a same-day virtual appointment or message a provider for less than the cost of most co-pays.
How can I find out if I have access to Maven through my employer or health plan?

What if I already have an in-person OB-GYN or pediatrician?
You can continue to see your chosen providers but video chat with Maven providers for guidance and second opinions. Our providers include a range of specialists you might not have access to—from midwives and doulas to diabetes coaches and career coaches.
How does Maven support partners?
Partners though employer or health plan sponsored accounts can sign up with their own account and benefit from the same provider appointments, articles, videos, and virtual classes. Those enrolled in Maternity or Fertility programs also receive content that’s specific to the partner experience.
Is Maven available to members outside of the United States?
Yes, Maven is available to members globally. We currently support members in over 70 countries around the world. Members outside of the United States have access to the same 24/7 access to providers.
Do Maven’s providers speak languages other than English?
Providers on Maven speak over 35 different languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, French, German, Hebrew, and many others. In addition, Maven offers simultaneous translation similar to what you might experience in a hospital or clinic if you didn’t speak the same language as the provider.
