What kind of care will I get with Maven?

Maven provides inclusive, holistic and specialist support for the whole person. With Maven, you will get access to providers that specialize in menopause and midlife, plus clinically-backed content and classes like Menopause 101. Each Maven member will also get access to a dedicated Care Advocate.

How much does Maven cost, and how does it work with my health insurance?

You don’t need to worry about insurance coverage or out-of-pocket costs for Maven. Your employer fully covers your enrollment in Maven, so you and your partner can use it for free.

What types of providers can I connect with through Maven?

You can use Maven to book unlimited coaching and educational virtual appointments with providers across multiple specialties, including OB-GYNs, mental health specialists, physical therapists, wellness coaches, career coaches, and more.

Does Maven offer support in languages other than English?

The Maven app is available in English, Spanish, French, and Canadian French. Providers on Maven speak more than 35 different languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, and Hebrew. Maven offers an additional 170 languages available through a real-time translator service similar to what you might experience in a hospital or clinic if you didn’t speak the same language as the providers. Your Care Advocate can help you find the right providers for your needs.

How do I sign up?

Signing up for Maven is as easy as downloading the Maven Clinic app to your iOS or Android device and following the prompts to get started. If you'd rather sign up from your desktop, just follow the "Activate your membership" links on this page. When prompted, please use your legal first and last name to enroll. If you are a spouse/partner and additional information is needed to confirm eligibility, you will be prompted to enter the employee’s legal name and DOB.
