Maven Maternity and Infant Care is available to employees, their spouse or domestic partner and child dependents 18 years an older, who are pregnant, have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss, or have delivered a baby in the past 12 months and are enrolled in an eligible medical plan. Also available to support parents of an eligible person (e.g., spouse or domestic partner of pregnant person, adoptive parents or parents through surrogacy, etc.).

Once you enroll in Family Support with Maven, choose the adoption or surrogacy program for help navigating this journey. Support is available from the day of program enrollment to 12 months after your baby is born or your adoptive child is placed with you. You can also transition to the Parenting and Pediatric program for ongoing support.

Use the program for early detection of symptoms, guidance on menopause treatments, hormone changes during midlife, sleep and wellness coaches to help mitigate symptoms, and career coaches who can help you navigate career transitions and workplace communication.

Who Is eligible to participate in these programs?
Eligibility

To participate in Maven's Family Support or Menopause & Midlife Health program, an employee must be full-time or part-time working 20 or more hours per week and enrolled in a national Bank of America medical plan with Aetna, Anthem or UnitedHealthcare. Who can use Amazon’s family-building benefit with Maven?

All fertility treatment and donor/tissue benefits are available to Amazon employees and spouses/partners enrolled in Amazon's Premera, Aetna, Cigna, or Kaiser health plans. You do not need an infertility diagnosis to access your family building benefit.

Adoption and Surrogacy reimbursement benefits are available to full-time, part-time, and reduced time employees working 20 hours or more (class F, H, and R). You can check your employee class on your A to Z profile.

Employees must complete 90 days of employment at Amazon before you or a spouse/partner can access in-person fertility treatment or incur eligible adoption/surrogacy/donor expenses.
