How much does Maven cost, and how does it work with my health insurance?
Your Maven membership is covered by your employer or health plan at no additional cost to you.
Who is eligible for Maven?
Maven support for fertility, pregnancy/postpartum and menopause/midlife is available to all associates and dependents over 18 enrolled in a Credence BCBS plan through Lowe's. Maven support for adoption and surrogacy is available to all full-time associates regardless of medical plan enrollment.
What types of providers can I connect with through Maven?
You can use Maven to book unlimited coaching and educational virtual appointments with providers across more than 35 specialties, including OB-GYNs, mental health specialists, lactation consultants, physical therapists, fertility experts, doulas, pediatricians, and more.
Do Maven’s providers speak languages other than English?
Providers on Maven speak over 35 different languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, French, German, Hebrew and many others. In addition, Maven offers simultaneous translation similar to what you might experience in a hospital or clinic if you didn’t speak the same language as the providers. Your Care Advocate can help you find the right providers for your needs.
How does Maven support partners?
Partners can sign up with their own account and benefit from the same specialist appointments, articles, videos and virtual classes. Those enrolled in Pregnancy or Fertility programs also receive content that’s specific to the partner experience.
What if I already have an in-person doctor or provider?
You can continue to see your chosen providers but video chat with Maven providers for guidance and second opinions. Our providers include a range of specialists you might not have access to—from midwives and doulas to diabetes coaches and career coaches. Your Care Advocate can also help you find in-person providers within your health plan if you’d like.
How do I sign up for Maven Wallet?
After activating your free membership, eligible employees will be able to access Maven Wallet within the Maven platform. Maven Wallet can be used for easy reimbursement of qualifying expenses related to family-building. If you have questions during enrollment, email the Maven Care Team at support@mavenclinic.com for 24/7 support.
How do I download the Maven Clinic app?
